Educational Qualification & Experience Criteria (As on 01.08.2026)

Mandatory Qualification: Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institution approved by Govt. of India / AICTE.
Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 Year of post-qualification experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank listed in the Second Schedule of Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Experience in clerical cadre is not considered.
Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the applied State (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding). A Language Proficiency Test (LPT) will be conducted for shortlisted candidates unless they have studied the language in 10th/12th standard.
Preferred Certifications: IC 38 (III), NISM Series V-A (Mutual Funds), NISM Series XXI-A (PMS), or NISM Series XIII (Common Derivatives).
Exclusions: Employees working in BOB in officer cadre/contract or those who exited BOB within the last 3 years are NOT eligible to apply.
