Selection Procedure & Online Examination Pattern

  • Initial Scrutiny: Applications will be shortlisted based on uploaded documents (qualifications, certifications, and experience proof).
  • Online Exam & Interview Weightage: If online exam is held, the final merit will follow a 60:40 weightage (Online Test : Personal Interview).
  • Direct Interview Clause: If the Bank decides not to conduct the online test, selection will be based directly on 100% Interview performance.
