Candidates who submitted their Online Willingness between 30.07.2026 and 08.08.2026 can participate in the offline counselling program from 17 August 2026 to 31 August 2026 at the Board's Office, IAS Sangh Bhawan, Near Patna Airport, Patna - 800014 .

Required Original Documents for Counselling

Candidates must bring the original certificates along with one set of self-attested photocopies :
  1. Matric / Equivalent Exam Admit Card, Marksheet & Provisional Certificate .
  2. ITICAT-2026 Admit Card and 6 extra self-attested passport-size photographs .
  3. Original Caste Certificate (issued by Revenue Officer / Circle Officer) .
  4. Residential / Domicile Certificate .
  5. Character Certificate .
  6. SMQ / EWS / PwD (DQ) Certificate (if applicable) .
  7. Printout of Online Submitted Application Form (Confirmation Page Part-A & Part-B) .
  8. Rank Card of ITICAT-2026 (Mop-Up Counselling) .
  9. Verification Slip (जाँच-पर्ची) in 2 copies downloaded along with Biometric Form in 1 copy .
  10. Copy of Aadhaar Card .
  11. If already admitted in any ITI: Bonafide certificate & Fee receipt issued by Principal of current ITI along with Roll No, Merit Rank & Category details .

How to Participate in ITICAT 2026 Offline Counselling

  1. Visit official portal bceceboard.bihar.gov.in .
  2. Click on "Rank Card of Mop-up Counselling of ITICAT-2026" link .
  3. Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth to download your Mop-Up Rank Card .
  4. Check your assigned Interview Date and Time in the official Advertisement PDF (BCECEB(ITICAT)-2026/11) .
  5. Report in person at BCECE Board Office, IAS Sangh Bhawan, Patna-14 on your scheduled date at 10:00 AM along with all original documents .
