Central Bank of India (CBI) has officially published the joining and onboarding schedule for 721 candidates of the 1st Batch for the post of Credit Officer in Junior Management Grade Scale-I (Mainstream). Candidates who completed the PGDBF course from UNext Learning and cleared the DBF exam by IIBF must report to their allotted Center for Learning and Development (CLD) on 05.10.2026 at 9:30 AM with all required documents.

Mandatory Documents & Forms Required at the Time of Reporting

  • Recruitment Application Form: Duly filled in applicant's own handwriting (2 original copies).
  • Antecedent / Character Attestation Form: Duly filled in duplicate (2 original copies) in block capital letters with complete police station & PIN details.
  • Employee Undertaking cum Declaration: Must be typed/printed, signed, and strictly NOTARISED.
  • Service Bond Agreement: Executed on requisite non-judicial Stamp Paper with Surety details and Notarisation.
  • DBF Passing Certificate: Issued by IIBF (Original and self-attested photocopies).
  • PGDBF Diploma Certificate & Marksheet: Issued by UNext Learning Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore (Original and copies).
  • KYC Documents: Original and 2 self-attested sets of PAN Card, Government ID Card, Passport/Driving License.
  • Photographs: 4 recent passport size color photographs (plus additional affixed on application forms).
  • Original Appointment Letter: Handed over physically to bank officials at the center (Do not post).

Important Verification & Placement Instructions

  1. Full Preparation for Posting: Candidates must report with full personal preparation as actual final branch/office posting orders will be issued directly from the Training Center.
  2. Biometric & Iris Verification: Appointment is subject to successful matching of document verification, biometric data, and iris verification.
  3. Pension Scheme: Selected officers will be governed by the Defined Contributory Pension Scheme effective from 01.04.2010.
  4. Pending DBF Candidates: The 209 candidates who have completed PGDBF but have not cleared DBF yet will be eligible upon clearing the exam scheduled in November 2026.
