  • Identity Proofs: Valid Photo ID proof (e.g., PAN Card, Driving License, Passport).
  • Photographs & Forms: 4 recent passport-size colour photographs, 2 copies of filled Recruitment Application Form, and 2 copies of Employee's Antecedent Proforma.
  • Character Certificates: Three character certificates (1 from last college/university attended, 1 from a Gazetted Officer, and 1 from Branch Manager of a Nationalised Bank/present employer).
  • Educational Testimonials: Original marks cards and passing certificates from 10th (SSC), 12th (HSC), Graduation, and Post-Graduation degrees with specialization certificates.
  • Work Experience & Discharge: Original Experience Certificate clearly specifying designations/roles and tenure, Discharge Certificate from present employer, along with last 1-year pay slips and 1-year salary account bank statements.
  • Caste & Category: Latest Central Government format SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / EWS / PwBD Certificate.
  • Police Verification & Pension: Local Police Station and District Police Headquarter verified report, and filled Subscriber Registration Form (CSSI) for PRAN under DCPS.
  • Medical & Undertakings: Medical Fitness Certificate signed by CMO / Civil Surgeon, executed ₹3 Lakh Indemnity Bond, and notarized Employee Declarations.
  • Photocopies: Two sets of self-attested photocopies of all the aforementioned documents.
