Eligibility Criteria- Applicant must be a female permanent resident of Delhi (Minimum 10 years residence required).
- Age Limit: 21 Years to 60 Years.
- Annual Family Income must be less than ₹2.5 Lakhs per annum.
- Only one eligible woman per family (the eldest woman in the household).
| Who is Ineligible? (Exceptions)- Mothers having more than 3 living children.
- Families consuming more than 2,400 units of electricity annually.
- Families owning a four-wheeler vehicle.
- Income tax payers, GST filers, or families with members in Govt / PSU service.
- Women already receiving pension or benefits from other monetary government schemes.
- Applicants with any criminal background/record.

- Delhi Residence / Domicile Certificate (Proof of minimum 10 years stay)
- Income Certificate (Showing annual income below ₹2.5 Lakhs)

- Self-Declaration / Affidavit Form (stating 10 years residence and no criminal record)

How to Fill Delhi Lakshmi Yojana 2026 Online Form- Visit the official portal for Delhi Lakshmi Yojana launching on 01 August 2026.
- Register on the portal by entering basic credentials such as Mobile Number and Aadhaar details.
- Select your preferred payout option (Option 1: Wallet + RD/FD OR Option 2: Full RD/FD).
- Fill out the detailed application form and upload scanned copies of required certificates and photo.
- Upload the self-declaration affidavit affirming 10 years of Delhi domicile and clean record.
- Verify all details carefully and submit the application form. Keep the application printout safely.
