1	Applicant must be Female.	आवेदक महिला होनी चाहिए।
2	Applicant should be the eldest female member in the family.	आवेदक परिवार की सबसे बड़ी महिला सदस्य होनी चाहिए।
3	Applicant's age must be between 21 to 60 years as on date of submission of application.	आवेदन जमा करने की तारीख पर आवेदक की उम्र 21 से 60 साल के बीच होनी चाहिए।
4	Annual family income should not exceed ₹2,50,000.	वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय ₹2,50,000 से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
5	The applicant or her husband or either of her parents must have been a resident of Delhi for a minimum period of 10 years as on date of application.	आवेदन जमा करने की तारीख तक, आवेदक या उनके पति या उनके माता-पिता में से किसी एक का दिल्ली का निवासी होना जरूरी है (कम से कम पिछले 10 साल से)।
6	Applicant should be a registered voter of Delhi.	आवेदक दिल्ली का पंजीकृत मतदाता होना चाहिए।
7	Annual electricity consumption of the family during the previous 12 months should not exceed 2,400 units.	परिवार की आवेदन से पूर्व पिछले 12 महीनों की वार्षिक बिजली खपत 2400 यूनिट से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
8	Applicant should not be receiving financial assistance in the form of any pension provided by Central or State Govt, should not be an Income Tax payee / GST Filer, should not be a Govt Servant and/or holding a public office.	आवेदक को केंद्र या राज्य सरकार से किसी भी तरह की पेंशन के रूप में आर्थिक सहायता नहीं मिल रही हो, और वह आयकर देने वाला या GST फाइल करने वाला न हो, साथ ही वह सरकारी कर्मचारी न हो और/या किसी सार्वजनिक पद पर न हो।
9	Neither the applicant nor any family member should be employed as a regular or contractual employee in State Govt, Govt of India, any PSU, Board, Local Body, Govt Organisation, or receiving widow pension, disability pension or similar.	आवेदक या परिवार का कोई भी सदस्य राज्य सरकार, भारत सरकार, किसी सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम, बोर्ड, स्थानीय निकाय या सरकारी संगठन में नियमित या अनुबंध-आधारित कर्मचारी के तौर पर कार्यरत नहीं होना चाहिए; और न ही उन्हें विधवा पेंशन, विकलांगता पेंशन या कोई अन्य पेंशन/वित्तीय सहायता मिल रही होनी चाहिए।
10	Neither the applicant nor any family member should own a four-wheeler motor vehicle.	आवेदक या परिवार का कोई सदस्य चार पहिया मोटर वाहन का मालिक नहीं होना चाहिए।
11	Applicant should not have more than three children.	आवेदक के तीन से अधिक बच्चे नहीं होने चाहिए।
12	Applicant should not have any criminal antecedents or criminal record.	आवेदक के विरुद्ध कोई आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड / आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि नहीं होनी चाहिए।
