IBPS Clerk (CSA XVI) Notification 2026: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the detailed notification for the Common Recruitment Process for Customer Service Associates (CRP CSA-XVI) for vacancies of 2027-28 in participating public sector banks . Eligible Indian citizens possessing a Bachelor's degree in any discipline can submit their applications online from 01 August 2026 to 21 August 2026 . The Online Preliminary Examination will be conducted in October 2026, followed by the Online Main Examination in December 2026 .

Educational Qualification & Pay Scale

  • Educational Qualification (As on 21.08.2026): Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India or equivalent . Final result must be declared on or before 21.08.2026 .
  • Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory (Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language or studied Computer/IT as a subject in High School/College) .
  • Local Language Proficiency: Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the specified local language of the applied State/UT is required .
  • Pay Scale: Basic Pay: Rs. 24,050 - 1340/3 - 28,070 - 1650/3 - 33,020 - 2000/4 - 41,020 - 2340/7 - 57,400 - 4400/1 - 61,800 - 2680/1 - 64,480 plus applicable allowances & perquisites .

  2. Click on "CRP CSA" and open the link "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XVI)" .
  3. Click on "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" and submit your basic information to generate Provisional Registration Number and Password .
  4. Upload required documents: Passport Photo, Signature (black ink, not capital letters), Left Thumb Impression, Hand-written Declaration in English, 10th Standard Certificate, and DigiLocker documents (optional) .
  5. Capture and upload live photograph using webcam or mobile phone during registration .
  6. Pay the online application fee (Rs. 175/- for SC/ST/PwBD/ESM; Rs. 850/- for others) using Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI .
  7. Take a printout of the e-receipt and system-generated online application form for future reference .
