How to Apply Online for IBPS CSA XVI 2026- Go to the official IBPS portal at www.ibps.in and open the link "CRP CSA" .
- Click on "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XVI)" .
- Choose "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" to enter basic contact details and obtain the Registration Number and Password .
- Upload scanned copies of Photograph, Live Photo, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, Handwritten Declaration, and 10th Certificate .
- Fill in educational qualification details, State/UT selection, and Bank Preferences carefully .
- Review and verify all fields using "SAVE AND NEXT" before pressing "COMPLETE REGISTRATION" .
- Pay the required application fee through available online modes and download/print the application form and e-receipt .

Important Instructions- Edit Window: A 2-day edit window will be provided after application closure to modify specific details for a uniform fee of Rs. 200/- .
- State Option: Candidates can apply for vacancies in only one State/UT . Option once exercised is final .
- Local Language Test (LLPT): Candidates without proof of studying the local language in 10th standard or higher must pass LLPT before joining .
- Biometric / Aadhaar Verification: Verification will be carried out at various stages of the selection process .
