Correction Fee

  • Uniform Correction Fee for All Categories: Rs. 200/- (Inclusive of GST)
  • Payment Mode: Online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI
  • Note: Non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances. Fee difference will not be refunded if category is changed from GEN/EWS/OBC to SC/ST/PwBD.

Key Rules & Conditions for Application Edit/Correction

  • Who can edit: Only candidates who have successfully submitted their online application and completed fee payment before the registration closing date.
  • Attempt Limit: Correction and re-submission are allowed only ONCE during the Edit Window.
  • Non-Editable Fields: Candidate Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, State/UT in Correspondence and Permanent Address, Post applied for, and Nationality CANNOT be changed.
  • Category Editing Rules:
    • SC / ST / PwBD can only be changed to: SC / ST / PwBD
    • GEN / EWS / OBC (NCL) can be changed to: GEN / EWS / OBC (NCL) / SC / ST / PwBD
  • Multiple Applications: Candidates with multiple registrations must EDIT ONLY their latest submitted application.

How to Correct / Modify IBPS PO & SPL Application Form Online

  1. Visit the official website of IBPS at www.ibps.in between 29.07.2026 and 30.07.2026.
  2. Click on the login portal link for CRP PO/MT-XVI or CRP SPL-XVI.
  3. Log in using your Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth.
  4. Click on the "Edit Application Form" button.
  5. Carefully modify the necessary fields (ensure non-editable fields are verified).
  6. Pay the application correction fee of Rs. 200/- through the online payment gateway.
  7. Review all updated fields carefully and submit the final application form.
  8. Print a copy of the final modified application form for future reference.

Important Guidelines

  • Subject to payment of correction fees, only the latest modified application will be considered valid by IBPS.
  • No correction, change, or modification request will be entertained after the expiry of the Edit Window on 30.07.2026.
  • All other terms and conditions mentioned in the detailed notifications dated 01.07.2026 remain unchanged.
