Selection Procedure & Examination Structure- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Two-tier examination consisting of Online Preliminary Exam (80 Questions, 80 Marks, 45 Mins) and Online Main Exam (200 Questions, 200 Marks, 120 Mins). Provisional allotment is made purely on Main Exam marks; no interview.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, followed by a Common Interview coordinated by Nodal RRBs with NABARD & IBPS (80:20 weightage between Main Exam and Interview).
- Officer Scale-II & Scale-III: Single Level Online Examination (200 Marks) followed by Common Interview (80:20 weightage).
- Negative Marking: Penalty of 0.25 (1/4th) of marks assigned to a question for every wrong objective answer.
- Language Option: Candidates appearing for Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant can attempt the test in regional versions/medium as approved for their state.

www.ibps.in and click on "CRP for RRBs". - Select the relevant application link: ‘Apply Online for Office Assistants (Multipurpose)’ or ‘Apply Online for Officers (Scale-I, II & III)’.
- Click "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" and enter basic credentials to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
- Upload passport photograph (20-50 KB), live webcam/mobile photo capture, signature (10-20 KB), left thumb impression (20-50 KB), handwritten declaration (50-100 KB), and Class 10th certificate.
- Fill in complete educational credentials, experience details, and preferred Regional Rural Bank choices.
- Pay the application fee online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI.
- Submit the application form, verify all details, and print the system-generated confirmation page and fee receipt for future reference.
