  • Selection Stages: Written Test (CBT/Objective) → Skill Test (Computer Literacy / Stenography) → Document Verification .
  • Pay Scale: Level-4 Pay Matrix (Minimum Basic Pay ₹25,500/- p.m. plus allowances) .
  • Written Test Pattern:
    • For Assistant & UDC (150 Mins): 200 Questions (50 each in English, Quant, Reasoning, and General Knowledge) . Marking: +1 for correct, -0.25 for incorrect .
    • For JPA & Stenographers (150 Mins): 200 Questions (100 in English Language & Comprehension, 50 in Reasoning, 50 in Quant & GK) . Marking: +1 for correct, -0.25 for incorrect .
  • Qualifying Marks in Written Test: 50% for UR, 40% for Reserved Categories .
  • Skill Test Ratio: Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio based on written test performance .
