• Go to the main website: serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
• Locate the Citizen Section (नागरिक अनुभाग) menu on the right panel.
• Click directly on the Download Certificate (प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड करें) option.
• Select Service Type as RTPS Services.
• Enter your Application Reference Number.
• Enter the Applicant's Name in English exactly as spelled during application submission.
• Click on Download Certificate to get your official digitally signed PDF copy.
