Educational Qualification & Experience Criteria (As on 31/08/2026)

  • Basic Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Communications / Cyber Security or equivalent with minimum 50% marks OR MCA OR M.Tech / M.Sc in Computer Science / IT / Software Engg / Cyber Security from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Preferred Certifications: Valid certifications in CISSP, CISM, CCISO, or CISA (must be valid as on the date of interview).
  • Essential Experience: At least 15 to 20 years post-qualification experience in IT / Information Security in Banks, Large Corporates, PSUs, FIs, or Tech Consulting firms, of which a minimum of 5 years must be in the core domain of Information Security / Cyber Security / Cyber Defence in Banks / FIs at Senior Management Level.
  • Desirable Experience: Prior experience as CISO or Deputy CISO in BFSI organizations.

Selection Process & Contract Terms

  • Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted by a Shortlisting Committee based on qualifications and relevant experience parameters.
  • Interview: Shortlisted applicants will be called for personal interaction / interview (100 marks).
  • CTC Negotiation: Shortlisted candidates post-interview will undergo CTC negotiation for final compensation fixation.
  • Merit Ranking: Merit list will be prepared based solely on the scores in the interview. If two or more candidates score identical marks, they will be ranked according to age in descending order.
