Mandatory Examination Instructions & Documents Required

  • Documents to Carry to Centre: Candidates must bring the Online Main Exam Call Letter with affixed recent photo, valid Original Photo ID proof with photocopy, plus the authenticated/stamped Preliminary Exam Call Letter & ID copy retained from Phase-I.
  • Documents to Surrender in Lab: Before leaving the exam venue, candidates must submit the Main Call Letter, Prelims stamped Call Letter, Photo ID photocopy, rough sheets, and Scribe Declaration (if applicable).
  • Sectional Cut-Off: Candidates must score minimum qualifying cut-off marks in each section (Tests I, II, III, IV, and Descriptive paper individually).
  • Negative Marking: 1/4th (0.25) of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted as penalty for every wrong answer in the objective test.
  • No Spellcheck: Candidates will type responses using keyboard for the Descriptive test; Spellcheck feature will not be available.
  • Strict Barred Items: Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, books, metallic items, and ornaments (rings, earrings, chains) are strictly prohibited inside the lab.

Biometric Verification & IRIS Capture Guidelines

  • Left Eye (IRIS) Scan: IRIS scanning of the left eye and live photo capture will be conducted for registration.
  • Contact Lenses / Glasses: Contact lenses and spectacles must be removed during IRIS scanning; candidates are advised to wear spectacles rather than contact lenses.
  • VI Candidates: Visually Impaired candidates will undergo right thumb biometric capture. Ensure fingers are free of ink/mehndi coatings.
  • Identity Verification: Candidates must bring their valid original government photo identity card for online verification across recruitment stages.
